Did you know that most employees spend more time at work than they do in their own homes? The air that you and your employees breathe may not be as clean as you think! The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) estimates indoor air can be an average of 2 to 5 times (we have seen as much as 70 times!) more polluted than outdoor air.
From Surgical facilities to medical manufacturing, packaging, food production, electronic clean rooms, restaurants, apartments, and assisted living centers, air duct cleaning by Dirti Ducts provides professional HVAC air duct cleaning and commercial dryer vent cleaning that’s done right!
Poor quality of indoor air costs our nation’s businesses tens of billions of dollars each year in medical expenses, sick leave, and lost production by contributing to frequent colds, headaches, asthma, sore throats, allergies, and chronic fatigue.
The better your employee’s health, the more they can focus on the job at hand which means more productivity for you.
Most of our commercial vent cleaning inquiries are initiated due to complaints from employees, customers, or residents suffering from respiratory issues. Being proactive is always helpful when it comes to liability!
When dust, debris, pollen, and other contaminants are in your duct system, in addition to the negative impacts that it can have for the people inside your building, you are also decreasing the efficiency of your air conditioning equipment, therefore, shortening the life expectancy of your units as well as paying more to operate them!
When it comes to commercial duct cleaning the health and safety factors are not our only concern. We also inspect HVAC systems as maintenance and energy consumption should be considered as well. Dust within your HVAC can decrease efficiency 30%, and 75% of system failures are caused by dirt and dust within the system.
At Dirti Ducts we don’t use gimmicks or “bait and switch” with our air duct cleaning costs. For commercial businesses, we will come to your business and do a no-cost onsite walkthrough after which we will submit a bid to clean your HVAC system.

I just purchased a new home. I know nothing of ducts, but since we purchased from a family member and didn’t need a full inspection, we were urged to have our ducts cleaned. Dirti Ducts showed us a fire hazard that was right under our nose that we didn’t even realize was there! They were quick, friendly, and I will absolutely return to Dirti Ducts for maintenance and inspections.

Just had my dryer vent cleared out and wanted to thank Shane and Nathan (and the crew who did the work) for offering this service to your neighbors at such a discount. The entire experience was a pleasant one. Shane was quick to respond to my PM. Nathan was very friendly and courteous when booking the appointment, plus they were quick to confirm and email me the estimate. The cleaning crew called 30 minutes before arrival (as promised) and cleaned up after they were done. I always prefer to give my business to family owned enterprises when possible and both the crew members who arrived were part of the family. Not to mention a potential fire hazard has been removed, and one I would have never even realized was there without this thread. Well worth the expense just for the peace of mind alone. Thanx again, Dirty Ducts! Well done!
